"Great products, great quality, but not too quick"
Ordered 65 Alpha Soft Touch Pens with Stylus plus 32 presentation cases and 33 red metal tubes on Dec 12. Received the order Jan 6 (3 days before I needed them). The pens are beautiful and the engraving flawless. LOVE the red metal tubes that match the pen color I chose. My total cost per pen (case case) was about $1.60. That's a great deal. I'm happy as can be, but came close to not having them in time. Don't be afraid to order, but please allow a LOT of time, even if the product shows FREE RUSH SHIPPING... I sure didn't get it... but all is well that ends well IMHO. Glad I was able to change my rating from 3 to 5 stars.

"Incredible service and products!"
From the beginning of my interaction with National Pen Company I have been treated with the best customer service and professionalism in the business. It seems to be a thing of the past these days but not with this company! Jennifer Newman has been nothing but helpful and responsive and I will continue to use this company for years to come.
